A MAP, fundamentally, is a set of fitness categories associated with a fitness "world," like functional fitness, or your goals. LM Individual provides a broad 10-category fitness MAP that allows you to build a personalized fitness profile, used to scale workouts correctly.
Do I get a MAP on a trial? + ×
Yes and No. If you download our Solo Athlete Playbook, in section 4 you can download a 5-Category MAP, which is 5 of the 10 categories. The full 10-category MAP is sent to you automatically when you become a full member.
Can you migrate my old gym scores? + ×
Yes — we can import your previous Level Method scores into LM Individual.
What equipment do I need? + ×
